Really lovely product! I ordered a personalised cocktail cracker. I have subsequently ordered 3 boxes of goodies that were reduced after Christmas. Each one was well wrapped and a lovely surprise of delicious treats 🙂 The only reason for dropping a star was that I had difficulty with communication re my order. I ordered it as it said it would be delivered in time for an event, but there was no sign as the event got closer. No response to email. I then phoned and the order was expediated and the recipient very much appreciated it. I think it was a busy time but hopefully these small issues will be sorted by now.

Absolutely AMAZING! The quality of the letter is the best I've had after ordering from different companies in previous years. The personal touches were lovely. My son was ecstatic. I had a new baby and wanted a stocking for her to match the rest of them in our home but where out of stock I subscribed to emails and was notified just days before Christmas I ordered one but was not expecting it to arrive before Christmas but it did. I have personalized ornaments for all family members, including our cats and grandkitties. I've been able to add matching ornaments as our family grew. I added the grandkitty ornaments this year and thought I was done but a new one was adopted in late November. The last needed ornament arrived on 12/23 - so the new grandkitty won't be left out.

Order process easy but you can't multi order 1 product for multiply addresses...this would be a good option to have at checkout rather than having to make 6 separate orders !!
