Any contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you and The Handmade Christmas Co. (36&5 Limited) irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
By submitting your order to The Handmade Christmas Co. (36&5 Limited), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and will abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Payment will be taken in full at the time of ordering. The prices listed on the site are in UK pounds (GBP). We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time.
The contract shall not have been concluded until we have received your valid credit card charge or debit card payment details and we have accepted your online order and sent you confirmation by return email to the address you have given us during the ordering process.

We reserve the right to cancel, refund or refuse any order. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
We take no responsibility if you misspell the personalisation on your order. Please check your order confirmation email once you have received it. Please note, that due to the printing methods we use, the shade of colours can vary from print to print.
As this is a personalised product, returns will not be accepted unless your order is damaged, or if there is an error caused by The Handmade Christmas Co.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We aim to fulfil all orders within working 3-5 days, but please allow up to 10 working days during busy periods, as all items are individually made to order. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Names that include accents are not guaranteed to be able to be printed and only work with some fonts. If in doubt, please contact us before ordering.
Please double check your personalisation / artwork of the sack before you place your order. Once your order has been placed we are unable to change this.
