To our customers,

Following the recent change in Government guidelines in England, we wanted to provide you with an update.

Despite the recent announcements, we are still open and operating as normal, and will remain this way throughout the lockdown. The safety of our customers and staff is of utmost importance – as such, we have invested heavily in recent months in implementing social distancing and safety measures throughout our workplace, as well as splitting our teams into groups to reduce the numbers working together at any one time.

At this moment (updated Friday 20th November), all orders are being processed without disruption – we very much appreciate your understanding and patience if some slight delays do occur during busier times, although rest assured all orders will be processed in time for Christmas.

We will continue to monitor the situation over the coming weeks and provide updates as and when required, but wanted to provide some reassurances to all of the steps we’re taking to ensure the safety to all.
